4. Limitation of Liability

• BeatsBud is not responsible for the actions taken by your bot. Any misuse, violation of Discord policies, or third-party claims arising from the use of your bot is solely your responsibility.
• BeatsBud provides no guarantee of continuous service uptime or error-free operation.
• You agree that BeatsBud will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any data loss, disruption, or unauthorized access.

5. Token Security

• You are responsible for keeping your Discord bot token secure. We recommend that you never share your token with others and rotate it if you suspect it has been compromised.
• While BeatsBud takes steps to ensure the security of your data, we are not liable for any unauthorized access or breaches due to insecure token handling on your part.

6. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, malicious bot activity, or failure to comply with Discord’s policies.

7. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of BeatsBud after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
