All non-recurring purchases (one-time purchases) made through our service are non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.
For subscription-based services, we provide a limited window of 3 calendar days from the date of the initial transaction where refunds may be considered. Refund requests must be made within this 3-day period, and will only be processed if there is a reasonable and valid justification, such as accidental purchase or functionality issues that occurred within that timeframe.
Refund requests received after this 3-day period will not be eligible for consideration, and all subscription fees are considered non-refundable once the refund window has passed.
In the event of service disruptions, technical complications, or other unforeseen issues, no refunds will be processed. While we strive to maintain continuous and high-quality service, occasional interruptions or errors may occur, and these do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
If, for any reason, the service is scheduled to shut down permanently, we will provide users with a notice period of no less than 7 days and no more than 30 days. During this notice period, users will be given the opportunity to access any remaining services or download relevant content.
However, due to the administrative and operational demands of a service shutdown, we will not be able to process refunds during or after the notice period. All outstanding subscriptions or unused portions of services will not be refunded under any circumstances related to the shutdown.
The final decision regarding any refund request rests solely with BeatsBud. We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to deny any request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this Refund Policy.
We may modify or update this Refund Policy at our discretion. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users by posting the updated policy on our website. It is the responsibility of the user to review the Refund Policy periodically.
